If you find your immigration path blocked by a criminal or medical issue, by allegations of misrepresentation or any other type of inadmissibility, we can help. We can represent you at every level of tribunal and court including the Immigration Division, the Immigration Appeal Division, the Convention Refugee Determination Division, the Refugee Appeal Division, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and more.
