Meet the MKS Immigration Paralegals
Our Paralegals work with you to ensure your issues are dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Our team will work with you every step of the way in order to achieve the most positive outcome.
Christine Hsu has more than 19 years of experience working with clients’ on their Canadian immigration matters. She holds a Bachelor of Law from the National Chengchi University, in Taipei, Taiwan, and obtained a Legal Assistant Certificate from Sprott Shaw College, in Vancouver, Canada.
Christine is also fluent in Mandarin and understands basic Cantonese.
Sandra Marinkovic has been assisting clients with their Canadian immigration matters for more than 13 years. She completed a Paralegal Diploma from Vancouver Community College.
Sandra is also fluent in Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian.
Echo has nine years of legal administrative experience and 10 years of experience as a Canadian immigration Paralegal. Echo has a Paralegal Diploma from Vancouver Community College and a MBA degree from ESICAD France.
Echo is also fluent in Mandarin.
Anett has more than 20 years of legal administrative experience. She worked at the David L. Thomas Law Corporation for 15 years assisting clients with Canadian immigration applications before joining Maynard Kischer Stojicevic. Anett has a Legal Assistant Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and has previously worked for major law firms in Calgary and Vancouver.
Anett also speaks conversational German.
Anisha has more than 10 years of experience in immigration law. She is experienced in a variety of immigration applications including LMIAs, Global Talent Stream, foreign trade agreements, Express Entry, Provincial Nomination Programs, and Global Skills Strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from India and a Post-Graduate Certificate in International Business from Vancouver Island University. Anisha is also a regulated member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and has completed the Diploma Program in Immigration from Ashton College in Vancouver. In her spare time, Anisha likes to cook and read mystery novels.
Anisha is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
Bonnie Chan has more than three years of experience assisting clients with their Canadian immigration matters. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Boston University and a Master of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Bristol.
Bonnie is also fluent in Cantonese and speaks basic Mandarin.
Eveline Canali has six years of experience as a lawyer in Brazil and recently, more than one year of experience assisting clients with Canadian immigration law. She completed the Diploma Program in Immigration from Ashton College in Vancouver and is a regulated member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. Eveline also has a Bachelor of Law from the State University of Londrina, a Master of Arts from Paulista State University and completed a Post-Graduate Program specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
Eveline is also fluent in Portuguese.
Sara Adel has seven years of experience working with clients in Canadian immigration law. She has worked at law firms in both British Columbia and Alberta. Sara has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, a Paralegal Studies Diploma from Capilano University, and is a Commissioner of Oaths for Alberta. Sara is a Director of the British Columbia Paralegal Association and regularly contributes to their publication, The Paralegal Press.
Sara is also fluent in both written and spoken Farsi.
