About the Speaker: Mojan Farshchi
Mojan Farshchi is a Canadian immigration lawyer at MKS Immigration Lawyers, where she specializes in refugee, citizenship, and climate migration issues. She holds a Juris Doctor from UBC and an Advanced LLM in European and International Human Rights Law from Leiden University. Mojan’s research and advocacy focus on strengthening legal protections for climate-forced migrants, and she is a sought-after speaker on the intersection of climate change and migration law. Fluent in English and Farsi, she is recognized for her technical expertise and compassionate approach to complex legal challenges.
